  • Final Sale Items: Any product marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions

Within 2 business days, our team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization (RA) Number and detailed shipping instructions, including our return address.

Please do not ship items back without an RA number, as we may be unable to process your return.

Step 3: Ship Your Item(s)

Securely package the item(s) in their original box, if possible, and place that inside a shipping box. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RA number inside the package. Ship the package to the address provided in your instructions.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service (like DHL, FedEx, or EMS).
