Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Final Sale Items: Any product marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
  • Customized or Monogrammed Products.
  • Items that show any signs of wear, damage, or are not returned in their original packaging.

Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions

Within 2 business days, our team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization (RA) Number and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without this RA number.

Step 3: Ship Your Item(s)

Securely package the item(s) in their original box, if possible, and include a copy of your order confirmation or the RA number inside. Ship the package to the address provided in your instructions.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable and insured service (like DHL, FedEx, or EMS).

Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days of arrival):
